Election Fraud and Voter fraud is real
The oppressed are allowed once every few years to decide which particular representatives of the oppressing class are to represent and repress them.Karl Marx
Democrats insist that fraud during elections is a myth. They claim voter fraud is virtually non-existent, buying votes is too difficult and too legally risky to pull off, tampering with voting machines is a misnomer because they are often backed up by paper ballots or other means of auditing (except for the 2000 election between George Bush and Al Gore, which Democrats still insist was stolen from Gore).

big Tim’s greatest contribution to Tammany Power was his organization of ‘repeaters.” He had hundreds of Bowery bums organized in one or two places on election day, and he waited for the reports-”The fifth District needs two hundred,” etc.-and, as each “requirement” came in, Big Tim dispatched a truckload of the required number of bums to the polling place where a henchman went down a line and gave each the name under which he was to vote. The names were usually of those voters who had died between registration day and the election, or those voters who had not yet voted an hour before the closing of the polls.
Big Tim also had about fifty student barbers working for him every election day. These barbers performed a great service for Tammany. Here is how it worked. Along about August Big Tim sent word around the Bowery flophouses for the bums to let their hair grow. By election day, Big Tim had several hundred Bowery bums, each with a full-grown beard. First, each bum would vote with a full beard under one name. He would then rush off to one of the stand-by barbers who immediately clipped off the chin fuzz. So then the bum voted under another name with sideburns, like the Emperor Francis Joseph of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Then he would rush back to the barber who shaved off the sideburns, and now the bum would vote for the third time with just a moustache; and finally that came off and he would vote for a fourth time-plain-faced, as Tammany called it.
For this day’s work the bum got one dollar, three meals, a pint of whisky, and, of course, a lesson in civics and good government.

Thanks Sean. At least some Canadians are beginning to realize that our oligarchy is becoming a risk to the security and stability of Canada.
We haven’t had verifiable voting for decades. The author of this series has provided some healthy questions about some of our elections, but continues to take for granted that that some states, states which produce paper ballots from the output of electronic scanning machines, are actually demonstrating an audit trail. As George Soros understood when he funded “The Attorney Generals Project” about the time Acorn was beginning to be exposed. “In republics it only matters who counts the votes” is cited as some wisdom from Joseph Stalin (though this writer hasn’t attempted to verify that authorship). State Attorneys General are responsible for voter tabulation. The SEIU provides employees. George realized that spending some money on activists to influence who became Attorney General was one of many paths to taking centralizing control of our government. George understands that voting processes can be made opaque. The Justice Department, CIA, NSA, DIA, etc are agencies controlled by the executive. That is why Hillary knew that she would not be prosecuted, even though no “intent” is necessary for exposing secure documents. The law is clear. Accidental or not, a government employee exposing sensitive documents is a felony; 18 USC 793(f). (Comey, FBI Director is, or was, on board of Clinton Family Foundation, and clearly enunciated that Hillary emails contained classified documents).
As a computer system architect, one responsibility of mine involved satisfying the U.S. FDA by providing an audit trail to attest to the validity of laboratory instrument data gathered during the automatic testing of pharmaceutical products. The FDA was thorough. If some drug became involved in a lawsuit, the FDA’s value could be questioned and its unelected regulatory function examined ((as it should be since is regulatory functions are not a constitutionally enumerated responsibility of the federal government).
What is not so obvious to those whose salaries don’t depend upon validating numbers fed directly from instruments through computers to a “secure” database is that voting mechanisms are about as insecure as a designer could make them. All the public political debates give the illusion of voter choice. They provide income for media organizations. They confuse the proletariat sufficiently that the naïve simply accept that the two or three percent reported differences in most polls were close enough, and that the loss of their preference represents the will of voting individuals. In fact, the “secret” ballot is no ballot at all. No one without direct connections to power, or not feeding his/her family from a salary provide by the executive, and who wants to stay out of federal prison, or even stay alive, will detail how vote counts are generated.
The media depend upon government sanctions both for income, and for access to information. When broadcast personalities have families to feed and are accustomed to high six digit and seven digit incomes, they knew better than to raise questions. Even the presumably conservative FOX News network, owned by News Corp, has the Saudi government as its largest external (non-Murdoch) investor through Kingdom Holdings. If I were paying for protection funded by U.S. taxpayers I too would redistribute some of my oil revenue to control those with influence in the thoroughly corruptible country sucking the vitality of the nation that fought to secede from a monarchy still based upon preserving protected classes (yes, our revolution was a civil war).
While I could dig into the amazing number of vulnerabilities of our voting systems, computer knowledgeable of whom I know there are many participating on this blog, might find the details interesting. Most wouldn’t. Here is a recipe for voting that used to be used in the U.S., but has gradually been replaced by systems that are completely dependent upon invisible tabulation procedures controlled by political parties and largely executed by the SEIU, the public employees union controlled by the far left.
Voting consisted of writing on paper ballots, or punching cards in a precinct, a precinct located in a neighborhood, run by neighbors who represent all parties participating in the elections. Ballots are placed in a publically visible container in plain view of volunteers. Ideally, if the U.S. government were to follow the example of Mexico that clearly values its voter’s opinions, the containers would be made of a transparent material, perhaps Plexiglas, and remain visible to precinct workers until they are counted locally, the counts recorded and reported, and the containers securely sealed and transported under guard to bonded warehouses. The precinct count is the official count and the containers are not opened except by court order justifying a recount.
Internet voting is another scam created by academics looking for grants and Google and its cousins who have become expert at influencing opinions, and selling access to advertisers on their search engines. Electric tabulation machines provide a wealth of projects for undergraduate engineering departments who delight in showing how quickly they can be penetrated. Without paper records created by voters (and not touchscreens which insure no audit trail after the finger leaves a screen), we are not a representative republic.
It is no surprise that small-time entrepreneur’s little venture “Truethevote.org” was savaged by multiple government agencies from the IRS to BATF since it was started. Ms. Catherine Englebrecht went to Mexico to explore other tabulation systems. No “Motor Voter”, biometric ID cards, voting only in the home precinct, visible paper ballots...
Englebrecht started her little effort when she became aware of apparent corruption of elections in her home county in Texas. Her group, truethevote.org apparently threatened many executive agencies making her a favorite target, invaded by armed agents of at least a half dozen agencies, often in the middle of the night.
Another non-profit, Verifiablevoting.oeg, top-heavy with government officials and university professors, many of them honestly looking for funding for the next verifiable electronic voting technology and senior researchers at Google, whose interest is obviously to get the government contracts to manage vote counting. This writer has read the research papers written by a number of these academics, and has worked on security applications. These are interesting problems for an engineer. Universities are umbilically dependent upon government agencies. I’ve been though many cycles of research guided by funding cycles, not that the research produced doesn’t have value. The truth remains that high tech is not necessary, and, because of its opacity, anathema to providing audit trails for a relatively small number of data points. A database, if indeed any is generated, representing one hundred fifty million or so voters would easily fit on a thumb drive, and take a second or two to send to a machine on a medium speed network.
What makes locally counted paper ballots the best choice by far, unless your objective is to obscure the will of sovereign individuals we would like to believe we still are, is the trust we place on working “citizens”. Workers in a local precinct, whose counting is observed by their neighbors, are people most of us trust. Those working citizens are the best solution for reporting the opinions of people with whom we presume we are united, each in his separate sovereign state, each state responsible for the voting processes used to select its representation in the federal government. Today the federal government has, un-constitutionally, usurped the tabulation of votes, since, if any votes are really counted, the SEIU routes those presumed counts to invisible hubs. Political parties which are private corporations and not federal or state agencies control Congress. Without valid vote counting we have no trustworthy mechanism for choosing representatives. Representatives are beholden to those who really keep them funded and holding office, and out of prison!
One last example of audit trails with which most of us are familiar. Like many, I followed the trial of O.J. Simpson, having designed systems to measure the molecular composition of both organic and inorganic materials. When one of the defense attorneys, with a background in molecular biology, closed his defense with the uncontested fact that two “crimialists” who collected and managed all the physical data, but only the signed evidence of one of those technicians was provided, Both technicians testified that they had each collected about half the samples, and personally signed each label, labels being intrinsic to the evidence. All the physical data were invalidated. No DNA, no blood types, no trace evidence, etc. etc. The audit trail was non-existent. The media, showing what this writer interprets as racism, was virulent claiming racial jury nullification. The jury was all black!. The jury;s foreman was a woman and a computer system analyst. She asked to take another look at the evidence related to time, because that was the only physical evidence not invalidated by the corrupted samples. When there is no audit trail there is no evidence. When there is no audit trail for votes, votes which imply control of trillions of dollars and who knows how many lives, presumption about voter preferences are unverifiable. Our citizen do not choose our representative and our Constitution irrelevant.
