I agree, growing tired of stories of people who promise to release earth shattering news. Just do it, or don’t bother me until you are ready to do it.

It is strange that this young man was walking home at 4 am and on the phone with his girlfriend at that hour. I personally wouldn’t walk anywhere in the DC metro alone after dark.
