While it is too late for that hearing (duh) these points can be pushed to Trump and to as much of the public as possible. This is one set of core issues that Hillary has no answer to. She INTENDED to send all of her govt emails to her unsecured home server (and did so). She certainly had to deal with much classified info as Secretary of State (now estimated to be at least 2,000 of the emails in question). Ergo, she INTENDED to send classified info to her unsecured home server.
Of course, the whole "intention" line of debate is really a red herring thrown up by Comey, since her "gross negligence" should be prosecuted in its own terms.
Comey said the FBI investigation did not go there, when Chavitz asked him of any evidence of HRC lying under oath to Congress.
Comey said he did not have a REFERRAL from Congress to do so.
Chavitz replied with three words. “ You’ll get one.”
They are there to provide a show to the American Sheeple.
A dog and pony show to make it seem to the "constituents" that these hard working congress critters that WE THE PEOPLE elected are doing their utmost to get to the bottom of it.
Just like Senator Ted Cruz called out on the Senate floor. A pack of lies and he called out the liars by their names.
Sorry to say no one was listening.
We are living in a lawless age. There is nothing anyone can do at this point except pray. No one is going to “nail” anyone. They are all corrupt, and the antichrist is on the move. The best thing to do is to be ready and sober when Christ comes for His own.
bkmk
I bet either Rudy or Chris (or both?)are salivating at the prospect of getting a shot at prosecuting her come January.
Had I been on that committee, I would have opened with: “Mr. Director, are you familiar with the term Original Classification Authority?”
“Did Mrs. Clinton, while acting as the Secretary of State, have original classification authority?”
“Would you please explain to the committee what Original Classification Authority means, how many people in the US government have original classification authority and the responsibilities that authority entails above and beyond even the highest-level security clearance?”
This is the flaw in the argument. They have a separate system for classified data. Classified emails should not have been sent on the state.gov email system either.
