A day later, I’m still trying to make sense of why James Comey would choose to do what he did yesterday. If you just don’t want to recommend charges against Hillary, the logical move would be to say as little as possible, talk about how the case doesn’t rise to the level of prosecution, and leave the stage.
By talking at length about all the evidence that clearly shows Hillary was guilty of at least gross negligence in her handling of classified information – which is absolutely a criminal violation regardless of intent – he might as well have been waving a banner that proclaimed “The Fix Is In.”
An American of honor would not have done what this coward did, IMO.
The fix was in the minute Bill Clinton opened his mouth to Lynch and told her how the game is played.

Not to mention that the FBI was right there. The FBI on scene at that meeting told the reporter with the tip he couldn’t take pictures on his phone. Because security is really vital when you have secret meetings about vital golf and grandkid issues.

YES. hill’s guilt is obvious in comey’s words. He said that she broke the law but wasn’t being prosecuted, but that a lesser person would have been thrown in jail. It’s there in his words. It’s obvious that $h!tface (bammy) ordered him to make that ruling.

It is a long shot. IIRC, Elliot Richardson resigned rather than obey Nixon’s order to fire Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox.

If I even knew someone who worked for the FBI, I would spit on them.
Even if they were to investigate the Clinton Foundation, do you really think any charges would be brought there? I can’t see that happening. They can use the same excuse. “There was no intent of wrongdoing.” It won’t matter if they are guilty as hell, just like here. No charges will ever happen. The only repercussions that will come for the Climton crime syndicate will be when they face the Lord.
