“natural born Citizen”...notice the caps and lower case beginning of each word.

Key word - “natural”.

“Of nature, not of man...”

Seems pretty clear. If you have to go through legalistic somersaults, you’ve lost the argument.

No law, statute, regulation needed. It’s obvious from the start.

**************************************************************

What on earth does that mean? The Constitution is a 100% legal document.

So far in human history, every human ever born is naturally born. Does that make every human an American citizen?

“Natural born” is a qualification requirement, just as age and residence is.

“Natural born” was defined precisely by the Naturalization Act of 1790. That definition precludes Cruz completely.

“Nature” does not mean “not of man.” Like trees, squirrels, etc. There is HUMAN NATURE. There are NATURAL HUMAN RIGHTS.

“Nagural born citizen” is an artificial human conceot if there ever was one. What matters is, does Cruz’s birth in Canada to two non-U.S. citizens make him a “natural born citizen as understood by the framers? Of course not.

Cruz is an illegal alien.
