Holly Ray, principal of Bear Branch Elementary in Magnolia Texas has new rules this year and they are making parents and teachers furious!
Already well known to be an overbearing gestapo, Holly Ray removed the bike rack, and made the new rule at the beginning of the school year and reinforced it in March.
Only way you can get to and from school is in a car or bus! Parents stay in your car! Holly Ray demands!

What the hell is it with schools and their rules? I am so glad I decided to pull mine out after this year and homeschool because I am sick and tired of all the crap.

Time to close all public/gubmint skools. Let free market private schools compete for students and let students have choice in better education, not retarded gubmint brainwashing from these “free” skools.
And what about parent volunteers?
Before I retired, I had between 80 and 90 parent volunteers who helped in the library.
Many would drive their children to school, park, and WALK IN to the school library BEFORE SCHOOL BEGAN. It was wonderful to see parent-child interaction together with books and reading. They would check out and return their library books.
Likewise, many parents would arrive EARLY to pick up their children at the end of the school day, and stop in at the library to exchange library books THEY checked out to supplement their child’s own book selection choices and for read-alouds.
This activity should be ENCOURAGED, not made illegal.
As a retired elementary school teacher, I strongly recommend home-schooling. Public school is just too injurious to young minds, which, of course, was the Marxist plan all along.

School “administrators” are this country’s highest-paid “migrant workers” They have the game down pat. Get a gig with a muilti-year contract, perturb the parents with outrageous, illegal acts, get fired and have your contract “bought out,” then move on to the next district. Do this a few times, and you’re set for life and can retire.
Whatever her edict is, I'd refuse to comply and force her to call the police and have me arrested. By all means, let's get this into a court of law.
