No. We only see one surface of the moon no matter the illumination, since it's tidally locked with the Earth, but all sides of the moon see sunlight.

The “dark side” of the moon actually sees more sunlight than the side we see, since it is never subject to falling under the earth’s shadow.

Our moon rotates once per orbit around Earth. Thus, it always shows one face to Earth.

What we call the dark side faces the Sun when we see a New Moon each month. Therefore, there is no dark side of the Moon. (And yeah, as a Floydian I know..."Matter of fact, it's all dark.")
