Alan Dershowitz was on Fox and Friends yesterday morning pushing his new book. When asked about Hillary's situation, he suggested that she was in no legal jeopardy because she "didn't know at the time" that the highly information she received, stored and sent was highly classified.

I don't believe that for one second. She should have known. It was her job to know.

We are left with two choices- either Hillary is bumbling incompetent moron or she is a galactic scale liar.

Remember how Hillary fired an Ambassador for doing just that?

Remember when Hillary said government officials having secret email accounts was treasonous?

The comments and concerns that I’ve been reading lately from Dershowitz about issues involving Hillary and other things like the Iran deal gives me at least some reason to believe that the Democrat brand must be beginning to be in some very serious trouble with the Jewish vote in places like Florida or New York (outside the immediate NYC area) or Connecticut or other such areas. Isn’t this something the Dems really very much on, particularly since Clinton/Gore in ‘92 or at least even Dukakis/Bentsen in ‘88?

If this is Alan's legal/professional opinion, then he clearly is ignorant of classified information and national security. Any and all communications from/through the SecState involving Heads of State regarding their intended locations and internal affairs if classified, typically TS due to the nature of timeliness. Same with POTUS/VPOTUS ("Eyes Only" sub-classification) and Cabinet members. HRC was aware of this at all times.

Operations, both current and future are Secret of Top Secret depending upon their scope. Internal affairs at the DoS are Secret. Most communicaes with Ambassadors are Secret. Troop movements and readiness are classified as well. All of these subjects are communicated from/via/through the SecState on a daily/routine basis. HRC is a criminal.

I watched a bunch of trucking videos a year or so ago and one thing the guy I watched said several times was basically "when you have your CDL, there's a whole lot of things you can't get out of by saying 'I didn't know'."

In other words, if you break the rules, and you get taken to court, and the judge sees that you're a professional driver with a CDL, you can NOT say "oh I didn't know about that." That excuse is simply off the table.

Obviously, long-haul truckers have far more integrity than does Hillary Clinton, or pretty much anyone else in our government, particularly at the higher levels.

Reminds me of when my department took a hazardous materials transportation class when I was at Ford Motor Co. back in the 90's. We were restraints engineers, frequently transporting things like airbag inflators (classified as an explosive) to test sites and the like. One of the things we learned was that you were subject to a $250,000 fine for a violation if you didn't know the law, but it was $500,000 if it could be proved you did know the law.

When it came time to sign our names on the attendance roster for the class, one of the engineers crossed his arms firmly across his chest. He would _not_ sign his name to it. ;-)

If she DID NOT weekly, daily, hourly, and every-half-hour exchange classified information about our nation's foreign policy, and our nation's friends and foes and future foreign policies and THEIR positions and preferences, then Hillary was either incompetent, inept, or stupid.
