Those messages aren’t just there or not there. If they were sent, the sender has a record of the transaction, including the address the message was sent to. If the message was sent to clintonemail.com, that means the sender had vetted the recipient as safe to send top secret content to. In turn that means that someone lied about the security of the receiving server, or the sender violated strict protocols. SOMEONE is going to prison over this.

I agree. Classified information, highly classified information was sent to and from that server. We know that from the IGs report. But AFAIK, the actual form of that information is unknown to us.

I make this point in part because it will be the basis for the denials that will flow like water from the Hillary camp. They will argue that the emails are not now and never were classified.

They have choice but to do so. It is their last line of defense short of an Obama pardon.
