The lackies like Louis Lerner, Jeh Johnson, Eric Holder,..... implementing these unlawful acts will be pardoned before Obama leaves office. There is no way to stop this group. We are actually watching a coup take over our government.

That's the funny thing; The GAO is so slow that there is no way they will have even finished their investigation by the time Obama leaves, so no he will not be able to pardon them. My guess a prison sentence would start sometime in 2020. In Jeh Johnson's case the prison time and fine for is not that significant but the collateral damage is. He is a lawyer so he runs the real risk of disbarment. In addition, criminal violations of law in the federal government for taking money for one purpose and spending it for another, means we and any firm he works for would automatically be debarred from competing on government contracts. Why is this guy running the risk that he must know about?

Jeh Johnson is running the risk of prison because he knows Obama will pardon him. That is why this is a coup or government takeover by a bunch of thugs.
I have said in the past that Obama will begin to show his true self sometime during his 3rd or 4th year, now look. Mark my word, it will get worse. Obama’s corrupt behavior will get further embolden. Don’t be shocked if he remains in office after his term.

I don’t think this would happen for one reason.
The Democrats would not support him because individually they think THEY could be president one day. Emperor Obama would kind of scotch that. They want their turn.
I just don’t see how Obama could pardon him if he had not yet been charged with a crime. Presidential pardons are limited in that way.
You will be happy to know we will still be on the hook for his pension though.

How is it a scam on the illegals? Once they get their phony documents, and the jobs, bank accounts, and leases that go with them, how can it all be undone?
Subsequent presidents can undo an executive order, but there is none. Results would be the same, however: illegals so embedded into our society that you really would be heartless to deport them at that point.
Can you picture the heartwrenching stories in the New York Times? Lupe Lopez had just finished decorating the flat that it took her six months to find and her boss was hinting at a promotion if she continued to come in on time. blah blah blah.
I knew this early on and also knew it would get worse and worse.
DACA, in defiance of the refusal of Congress to pass the “dream act,” was the clincher for me.
Then came worse, maybe the IRS targeting of political enemies being the most egregious. The country I knew all my life was gone after that. We have been overwhelmed with criminality and have somewhat forgotten the IRS scandal in all the commotion. This whole government now stinks to high heaven.
I wonder if the state attorney generals of the states affected by this ‘government by memorandum” might be able to bring charges.

I agree with you that any Federal movement on Obama’s lawlessness is highly unlikely.
I’m not even sure that the majority of illegals will sign up.
Many already have access to jobs, federal and state benefits such as schooling, health care, etc due to the thriving market in fake ids. By signing up they get the ‘green card’ but it also identifies them as an illegal.
By signing up they may be making the mistake of ‘coming out of the shadows’ and giving the future administrators of ICE their address and name which would make it easier to deport them or get them discharged from their jobs.
Well, only 22% of the illegals in the U.S., in 1986, ever achieved some sort of Legal Status.
In fact, it’s estimated only 12% became citizens.
So, the whole legalization thing is a complete bust for the Dems and absolutely no real threat to Republicans or this great republic.
