Blitz was sued out of existence because their cans contained something flammable and someone caught fire being stupid. (dumping gas on a fire if I recall).

I’m not saying it was lawyers... but it was lawyers that killed them.
Sort of not labeling an egg product warning that the product contains eggs. Stupid should hurt. Including whatever jury went along with it.
Not only that, but who wants to step into the market Blitz abandoned? Who would want to see their entire investment lawyered away?
