Employees—especially those on the fast track—work hard to stand out and find a way to showcase their professional accomplishments to superiors. Therefore it's easy for bosses to spot an employee working hard who possesses a positive attitude, unrelenting work ethic and impressive achievements.

I'm not going to click through 7 pages to read an article from someone who doesn't know the difference between self promotion and quality work.

Its not so much that the average voter is stupid. Its just that they don’t care and make their decision based on 30 seconds of media coverage. Of course the media they listen too is like the pied piper.

They are good followers, sheep, lemmings, who only really care about themselves. This is why voting should be limited to property owners.

While it's necessary to point out potential pitfalls in any plan, the rule of thumb should be coming up for a solution to every problem you point out.

This is guaranteed to result in important issues not being identified in time to head them off.

Its comical to read about these problem employee characteristics as I have seen them up close and personal.

My first so called ‘ professional ‘ job only had about 8 or 9 people and about 7 of them exhibited ALL of them.

Really an unhappy, miserable bunch with few exceptions. Of course, the better ones left after a little while.

Not a fun place to work and it didn’t help that the owner wasn’t the most pleasant person.
