Was there any email correspondence between the White House and former IRS Tax Exempt Director Lois Lerner relative to Malik Obama’s Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF)? If so, when would it have taken place? Could it have been any time between January 2009 – April of 2011? The reason that should be of interest is that as of yesterday, the White House has suddenly proclaimed that all emails between Lerner and the White House during that time frame have been lost due to a computer crash.
To clarify, it is obviously not known if there was any correspondence between Lerner and the White House about BHOF. On one level, it’s immaterial. The chairmen of the two House Committees that are investigating the IRS scandal already (Ways and Means and Oversight) have plenty of information on Malik Obama’s tax exempt status and dealings to introduce it into the investigation but have chosen not to do so.

I think this is just propaganda put out by the Obama Administration — they rather have something like this, than the real thing, which must be REALLY bad, a real smoking gun.
They rather admit to a small overreach of authority, than have the real abuse of power come to light with proof — coordination and direction from the WH to the IRS to stop the tea party.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they had direct references to the election.

A hard drive crash does nothing with emails. They are on the servers. Plus the person that sent it, and the person that received it, each have a copy.
We need some new, more believable lies. These are not believable lies.

Yeah, you’re right. They want us to think there was just embarrassment again over his family member’s conduct.
And e-mails could be a lot more than just nepotism, favoritism and possible other corrupt acts.
So this red herring misleads no one, or at least not many here and elsewhere, but they will persuade just about everyone else.
It seems they have chosen party over constitution.
Have they thought it through?
