Why would Baysden be the Executive Director of BHOF?

Why would a group with definite and known ties to terrorism be granted tax exempt status?

As to why this was not brought up in the hearings? It has nothing to do with why Conservative groups were targeted. Plus anyone who did, in their allotted time, would look like they were nuts.

These folks apparently reported the BHOF to the IRS sometime in May 2011. Shortly thereafter Lois granted their non-profit status. Retro actively. Can she actually do that? Or is that a stupid question?
