I am well aware of the leftist leanings of the sheeple in this State which is the main reason I will be moving out of here as soon as I can. I am not one of those people who went to meekly register any weapons as I am well aware of what that leads to. But I was not aware that 8 rds. is considered Hi. Capacity and I can't find any specific law saying that. I do believe that CTD is interpreting laws on the fly.

I do believe that CTD is interpreting laws on the fly.I'm inclined to agree. In the brief on-line perusal that I made, it appears that mags exceeding a 10 round capacity are a no-no, so I can't figure out what's wrong with that 8 round mag.

Well, 8 is pretty close to 10 - I think they round up here in Konnecticut. And you know how they are here: "10 bullets!!! That's just too scary!
And as the other Freeper replied, 300K Patriots DID NOT COMPLY.
