A friend of my mom worked for the Buffalo Braves. She actually paid the players. They called her the “check Lady”.
We used to get free tickets all the time back in the day. Of course, back then free tickets in the balcony at the Aud were about $8.00 each.
“racist” is pretty much like “child molester” now.
You don’t need to have actually taken any action, merely expressing the views is enough to pretty much destroy your life as far as society is concerned.
IMHO ANY whiite person who opinies on race is a nitwit (at least if they are in a position where public opinion matters at all to their career and livelhood.

Then the left has won, because your right to freely express your opinion is dead.
The First Amendment wasn’t designed to protect popular speech by the Golden Child of the day; it was designed to protect the speech of those whose voice was NOT so pleasant to the ruling elites.
You don’t give up that right because it’s dangerous to do so.
Hell, the Declaration of Independence was a Death Sentence to all who signed it.... But they STILL signed it.
When you let the other side determine what you CAN and CAN’T say, you give them the advantage.
Life has consequences. You either CHOOSE to go along with them, or you don’t. Either way, it’s still a choice. And there are consequences to either choice.
I choose to speak my mind, whether someone likes it or not.
