Thanks - that’s what I thought about the name “David”, it was invented later on to cover up the mystery of the dark boy and the lighter boy.
Makes sense about being concerned about Kenyan records, just in case or whatever; since Zero had claimed for years that he was born in Kenya; maybe he even thought so at one time.
But as far as people wanting to know the truth - I know they do. They are just seriously put off from asking serious questions or making comments do to all the professional anti-”birthers” who swarm onto the threads. They read, they just don’t want to get attacked.... Me, I could give a rip; the anti-”birthers” to me are like the fox crap I shovel out of the walkway in the morning.
Except the fox crap is cuter.
According to a biographical history of the Obama family, written by Peter Firstbrook, The Obamas: The Untold Story of an African Family (2010), BHO Sr.’s good friend Leo Odera said that BHO Sr. learned, while studying in Hawaii, that back in Kenya his wife Kezia was seen “out and about,” dancing in nightclubs, in the company of other men (page 207). Up to that point, BHO Sr. had remained in touch with his wife and children, via letters; but when he learned from friends in Kenya that Kezia was stepping out, he became, shall we say, disenchanted. He eventually stopped corresponding with his wife altogether when he learned through friends that she was pregnant by another man. He wrote to Odera:
She has disappointed me because she is expecting another child.

That's very observant of you, he would have if that's what they told him, there's an image of him in a class at Punahou, supplied by a classmate who has since removed all but one image from his blog, on which he's named as Barry Obama From K.....and that might well have been the word KENYA, although largely obliterated.
That takes one back to the story he told Race Bannon in Hawaii, that he was born in Mombasa. I think we might safely connect that birth to Kezia's child, it was Kezia who was working as a waitress in Mombasa, and if you think back far enough, granny Sarah maintained she was there when "Barack Obama" was born while the family was attending some festival in Mombasa...every major lie has a little truth to hang its hat on.
Kezia giving birth in Mombasa in 1961 might have been useful for a time, but became a problem later...in any event, it would seem zero didn't find out the intricate nature of his background until he graduated from high school, and I would guess Frank Marshall Davis told him before he left the island for the mainland...
I've always thought this caption said 'Barry Obama From Kenya...' before the word beginning with K was obliterated. But he did tell his classmates he was born in Indonesia and was an Indonesian Prince, before he started with the Kenya story, so who knows? One thing he didn't do, was tell his classmates he was born at Kapiolani...
