And those neighborhoods would very quickly cease being safe and cease having good schools.

It’s funny that people don’t see this for what it is.
They want to enforce racial quotas on the land.
If their demographic survey shows there’s a high concentration of whites, they will immediately march an occupation force of non-whites into the area, under the rubric of “de-segregation”.
Escape from the chaos will not be possible. The predator class will be embedded so as to preclude this.
They know white families look at demographic data when they want to move somewhere. So what happens by choice has to be stopped. White Flight must be countered by government force.
So, where does this end? Every white family will be issued their own non-white family not of their choice to live with them?
That’s about the size of it.
In what way does this resemble a government at the consent of the governed?
As long as they start this nonsense in liberal strongholds so as the first affect is felt by those who support liberal causes. They like to come up with plans that those “racist” blue collars and lower middle class folks who don’t have the ability to hire high priced lawyers to find some excuse to not move the vermin in.
