I have no use for the current administration, but before I panic over the presence of a relative handful of Russian Civil Defense personnel training on US soil, I’ll need a LOT more evidence that this is somehow a threat.

After all, the theory you are spreading might be complete horse manure, but if it can gin up some righteous indignation against our enemy, then the ends justify the means.
