Thanks for the tip. Kessler has taken down the comment that I posted in #113 which violated his confidentiality agreement with Zullo that he signed to gain entry to the private briefing. I posted that comment by Kessler directly from his Facebook page having been tipped-off by FogBlowers who found it first. I was over there seeing how they reacted to Kessler’s earlier violation of confidentiality on this thread.

Kessler is, IMO, a trigger-happy crackpot that Zullo mistakenly trusted as a member of the LEO brotherhood. I do not regard anything that Kessler posted to be claimed as a fact by Zullo and Arpaio until I see it from Zullo and Arpaio, although Zullo in the past week has been intimating that there is no evidence of Barry in HI for his first five years. It is not clear to me whether that is Zullo speculating or whether he has evidence of an alternative narrative.

Thanks for that clarification. The claims by Kessler left me feeling as though the Cold Case Posse had jumped the shark into crazyland.

I hope they aren't going to claim what Kessler says. Those claims are way too "out there" for my taste.

By the way, I can confirm that those are Kessler's claims. I followed the link to his facebook page, and at the time that claim was still there.

You sum up exactly the kind of guy Kessler is. There is one in every crowd. Accepting his sincerity, he is nonetheless unprincipled and untrustworthy. He is trying to coop Joe's case. This came through loud and clear in the telephone call he received from a member of the Cold Case Posse. He is a braggadocio who is using information provided to him in confidence for his own personal gain.

FYI:

Kessler talked to Zullo on 6/6/13 and after that got so fired up he apparently invited an group of armed police to enter Wash DC to demonstrate “in the next two weeks” when he mistakenly thought Zullo was going to be there to denounce Barry as a usurper...and he claimed that CCP had invited him to be there.

This led some notional police association to denounce Kessler and perhaps also CCP, so CCP’s Don Jeffrey called Kessler on audio segment FOUR at the thread link to tell him that in no way did CCP back his armed police demonstration in DC. It is a side show prompted by Kessler being totally manic and going all 1776 before knowing whether congress will actually do something.
