Albert W. L. Moore Jr. has a narrative for Barry involving adoption via Catholic charities that sounds just like that of well-known delusional FReeper...and provides no evidence or coherent logic to support it, only speculation. Moore merely invites the court to go on a fishing expedition, which no court will grant. He claims to be a lawyer but even though I am not one, I have spent a lot of time in court and this brief appears to be bogus from top to bottom.

I believe I found the answer to numbering of ‘delayed’ BCs:

“3. Late Birth Registration
a. All late birth registration shall be on the standard certificate of live birth form in current use at the time the birth record is filed.
b. Late birth registration certificates shall not be marked “Delayed.””

“...FORM IN CURRENT USE THE TIME THE BIRTH RECORD IS FILED.”

I believe the forms had pre-printed years (but maybe wrong on that).

Seems then they would just use the next pre-printed form or use the same auto-forwarding stamp.

Divorces were handled the same then as they are now, the plaintiff files, and if the respondent does not argue, the judge signs what the plaintiff submitted to the court. Much like court motions. Both sides submit their motions, and the judge signs the motion he agrees with. The divorce decree was made public, if the marriage license was not in it (which it wasn’t) then the judge did not read it.

Really? I think the least one could expect to see with a statement like that is an image or two...otherwise, it's just another unsubstantiated opinion, and you should indicate as much.

I've looked at that picture many time, and never noticed anything weird. Now I look at what you just posted, and all of a sudden, SR's hand on SAD's shoulder looks funny.

Why doesn't anyone in this story, when they rest their hands on someone's shoulder, allow the fingers to relax along the contours of the shoulder, like any normal person would?

It's starting to look more and more like the face of the man who is the central character in that 'dock image' might have been lifted from photographs taken in 1970-71 when the kenyan visited Hawaii. If that's the case, what you are looking at is either the kenyans departure from Hawaii after his visit, which would maybe explain why Stanley Armour Dunham was there...or the entire group is a fake, as are the numerous lei.

You could spend the rest of your life trying to figure that out, we have identified at least three of the people in that group and they were all older than they should have been if that photograph was taken in the sixties.
But that STILL doesn’t tell you why the man on the far left is missing an arm which appears to have been attached to Stanley Armour Dunham.
Neither does it tell you IF the central character was originally the kenyan. Does it?
It’s a useless diversion imo.
