Tatz problem is her inability to speak coherently and stay on topic. She is very scatter brained. This is a disastrous trait as a legal advocate. She has more determination than most lawyers but her disorganized mind keeps her from closing the deal. Being a "citizen" doesn't cut it for the position of Commander in Chief of the armed forces. The Constitution mandates that he be a "natural born Citizen."

There is a difference.

The problem is that the courts have ruled that Barry is indeed a natural born citizen and no court has ruled that he is not a natural born citizen.

If a document is forged and its been posted on the Internet for the whole wide world to see since April 27, 2011, you’d think there would have been a criminal investigation of forgery, a Grand Jury hearing on forgery, a forgery trial, a forgery conviction, or a forgery sentencing. In two years there has been none of those steps taken and there’s been no congressional investigation of forgery either. All there is is an allegation of forgery and the state of Hawaii says that the whitehouse.gov image matches the original birth certificate in their files.
