children.
All cars are ugly these days. The high “beltline” is really ugly.
I will say contrary to what some might think, the current Giulietta is an excellent car
What a ko-inky-dink! New Darts have trouble making 50 mph too. OK, maybe not, but they’re among the slowest new vehicles on the road in base form. We’re talkin’ ‘competitive’ with a Prius at getting up to freeway speed!
THAT’s what I’m talkin bout
I was trying to think of WHERE I’ve seen that lower grill, FW
BINGO, it WAS a KIA...
The Defender is an awesome vehicle. I watched helplessly as a stock D90 pull a heavily modified CJ (mine) out of the mud. And then it pulled a Toyota SR5, and then another Wrangler. Humbling that.
You post made me cry with tears of joy.
Indeed. If you have children, you want four doors.
They are very popular here in Colombia. We may be getting another for here and one for the US...we live in both places.
I was only thinking about current production cars, but your Camaro certainly is right in there with the ugliest. I remember that two-tone combo you mention. I doubt any have survived without a repaint. The first generation Camaro was a great design, and the second generation (with the metal bumpers) was really good too. Ford went through its dark age with the Mustang, and got its act together again with the current versions, modernized, but with the spirit of the original fully intact. Chevy made an attempt with the latest Camaro, but they fell short. Maybe next time they will get it right.
Oh yeah! But Gi’as can be had with 230+hp and 6.5 sec. 0-60 times. Nothing remotely like that in a Dart! I don’t even think the suspension is remotely the same.
I might just waste my time and money on a 4C if it ever gets here.
Front end looks like those Bemmer front ends.
All that might be true, however most new cars still look like shoes.
I have no desire to drive a car that looks like a shoe.

Yeah, I live in the Rockies.
In fairness when you read this story, remember I have snow tires with the plastic ice-studs, but the cops saw me, waived me to the front of the line of cars and trucks in a pass that was about the close, and I proceeded to plod forward at 15-20mph in 4 feet of snow and ice with a line of 50 cars behind me.
Can’t go fast, but I can go anywhere.
I stopped at the cafe on the other side of the pass, and people got out and were taking pictures with my truck.
