Libertarians say “stay out of the bedroom, stay out of the drug den, stay out of any kind of moral standard and judgement”....
Don’t believe me...take a look at the “platforms” adopted at their last “convention”....
What the several States do is more important to social based legislation than that of the Federal government.
The powers of the Federal government are limited and specifically called out in the U.S.Constitution. Whatever isn’t mentioned there is left up to the State governments.
As for the political platform of Libertarians, understand that they are highly unlikely to be elected, period.

Show me where in the our constitution it is stated that the government has the power to occupy its citizens bedrooms? It doesn’t even mention marriage, much less moral standards. Those are within the powers left for State governments.
