You realize that Piers is getting the best viewership numbers of his ever-so-brief CNN career with this mess? CNN might even give him a pay-raise for this.

The Declaration of Arbroath 1320
"As long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule. It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself".

Pitty Ben missed one very good point. After pushing Pierced Morgan over and over why doesn't he want to ban handguns
(click for video link,) Pierced asked Ben "What sort of weapon was used at Aurora?" "What was the weapon used atthe Oregon shopping mall?" "What was the weapon used at Sandy Hook?" "What was the weapon used around Christmas when the Firemen were lured to their deaths in New York?"
At that point I had hoped Ben would have asked Pierced "what was the weaopn used to shoot Gabby Giffords? Your agenda, Pierced, is to ban handguns after you ban the so-called "Assault Weapons."
Otherwise, Ben did a credible job standing up to Nipple Ring.

It’s pointless to argue with someone as stubborn and philosophically alien as Piers Morgan. I’m certain that Mr. Morgan would have continued his vigorous defense of the German gun ban, even as he stood naked under the showerhead and the gas poured in...

Morgan produces a letter signed by Ronald Reagan, Jimmah Carter and Gerald Ford urging an assault weapons ban. I would point out that Reagan had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's earlier that same year.
Reagan NEVER endorsed any sort of assault weapons ban when he had the power of the presidency! I suggest that the Reagan we knew, loved and respected as president was no longer with us in 1994. It is likely that Nancy put this thing in front of him and urged him to sign it.

So the fifty-thousand low information voters that watch this Piers Morgan interview will think he destroyed the right wing extremist.
Seriously, the Brietbart gentleman had it chillingly correct when he remarked on the number of handgun murders: the left wants assault weapons today and handguns next week. It’s nothing to do with the deaths of innocent children or individuals; it’s all about a political agenda that is damnable enough to use any victim regardless of age or gender to promote the agenda. THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS.

I wouldn't go that far. I support his first amendment right. That said, he's an idiot.

We need to demonstrate this administrations dedication to tyranny and illuminate the evidence supporting that agenda.

Read my tag line....and freep Piers Morgan!
Tape a penny to a recipe-type card, write a pithy comment on the card to anti-American Morgan, put it in an envelope and mail it to Morgan % of CNN (address in my tagline).
A small gesture, but both Morgan and CNN will be agitated when the pennies for Morgan's air fare to London begin to arrive at their TV studio.
It's something to do other than preach to each other, an exercise in futility that's been going on for almost two weeks now.

Morgan was incredulous that any rational person would believe that his government would oppress him while simultaneously exhibiting the attitude that enables such a development.

Oh, and another thing. I've never watched this creep’s show and I can see from these clips that I never will. He's like O’Reilly — he continually interupts and talks over his guests. A pompous windbag, just like BOR.

I like Shapiro, but he gives up way too much ground on this issue. His comment that a database is OK as long as it isn’t made public is just nuts. Allowing a national gun registry or database would be the most dangerous and destructive thing we could do.
