The report, according to CSM, states that “Less than one-in-five (19 percent) white Millennials favor programs designed to help blacks and other minorities get ahead because of past discrimination

White millenial kids are discriminated against by affirmative action, without being a demographic majority, and often by adults who benefited from affirmative action or are at least too young to have been discriminated against in the post-Civil Rights era.

These young people look around them and see that there is equal opportunity for all. Discrimination against black people for no other reason than the color of their skin is a matter for the history books.

Affirmative Action doesn't work. Giving a particular race college spots and jobs that are unearned by merit doesn't work. What works is equal opportunities for all and let the chips fall where they may.

Yet liberals would have you believe that if some blacks are unsuccesful, it is due to "institutional racism." So they want to double down on Affirmative Action. This is what spurs the backlash from white people.

What needs to change is black culture. If racism is so rampant, explain why smart black girls go to college and smart black boys go to jail. Theoretically, black girls have two strikes against them.
