Indeed. One such document states that any and all treaties require a 2/3 majority in the Senate to ratify. That will never happen.
Also, the Constitution trumps any treaty if Obama decides to do an end-around and ink his signature on it. Cause for impeachment right there.
Lastly, there is enforcement. UN troops coming door to door to get guns? Are they mad?
