Apparently gang rivalries in Southern California are breaking down along racial lines, and the Mexican Mafia has ordered Hispanic street gangs to "'focus on getting the blacks out' of their territories, according to an Escondido police gang specialist" as reported by Eva Knott for the San Diego Reader.
Racial unrest in the underworld has been boiling over for the last few years in the Golden State.
Last year the feds indicted 51 suspected members of Azusa 13 -- a Latino street gang affiliated with the Mexican Mafia -- for their alleged roles in a terror campaign against blacks in Azusa, CA as then reported by Frank Stoltze for KPCC: "The indictment alleges that nearly 20 years ago, the Azusa 13 adopted a racist principle to harass and use violence in an effort to drive African-Americans out of the city of Azusa."

The crips and bloods are downright hospitable with each other compared to the mexican mafia and associated gangs.
I think the Mexicans will win this one they are more brutal, better financed, better armed, use religious and cultural motifs to create motivation, they also have stronger families.
This is not just a gang action, this is a part of the whole ‘Reconquista’ and ‘Aztlan’ movement to create a neo-Mexican state out of the American southwest.
This is what happens when you let in too many colonists who do not want to assimilate into the local culture.

The black community has been given ample opportunity, read government programs, to work themselves out of poverty. Instead they’ve embraced a culture of illegitimacy and violence.
They need to prepare themselves to be a minority to minority and soon to be majority.
Multiculturalism and a mass amount of PC.
While I'm OK with them shooting up Crips and Bloods all day long, they just happen to be the ones in the way. The mexicans aren't going to stop in those neighborhoods; look for them to infest others as well. Middle-class families will be in the crosshairs next.
