They all are finagling with language and labels as usual. It has nothing to do with “martial law” per say, but all to do with socialism. THey just put a bunch of mumbo jumbo.
Now, if that mumbo jumbo works, it’s on to the next. Like pedophile mad rapists going on rampage, once a liberal gets a language he can superficialy believe in by the inaction of others, he will do it.
Let him find the language and excuses to start killing people indiscriminately as his foreign henchmen feed him, and then he will do it.
