The area was still known as "Kenya," formally "Protectorate of Kenya." Here are old stamps for the area. You'll note the "Kenya, Uganda, Taganyika" names on the stamps. They date from 1912 to 1935.

If we could see his colleg records he could either be convicted of Student Loan Fraud or Inelegibility or Both, and it isn’t an “Accident of birth” that bleeding heart Libs could use as a defense, he did this as a Legal Adult, He possibly defrauded another foreign student of their place in line as well which for someone who loved foreigners more than americans makes him look like a Giant Hypocrite.
