So let's follow the Newspeak concoctions here:

• The "War on Terror" becomes the "overseas contingency operation";
• A terrorist attack becomes a "man-caused disaster";
• "Rogue states" become "outlier nations";
• . . . and now treason is "workplace violence"?!?!?!?

Ain't that funny. And here I thought treason consisted of the following:

Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
