Not sure what Operation Fast & Furious is all about? You’re not alone, as most of the mainstream media still are not covering this travesty. But the Washington Post has done a stellar job of boiling it down to its essential pieces, complete with quotes from those involved...

I wonder who is going to fall on their sword for this. I like David “This is supposed to be fun” Voth for it.

I keep seeing snippets of information that we are arming the cartels to help keep radical jihadis out. The cartels don’t want the jihadis messing with things if it upsets their money flow.

Here’s an article from Homeland Security :

I’ve also seen comments to that extent on some border blogs.....

I believe Voth has already been promoted out of harm’s way. I’d love to see Holder take the fall, but since he knows where the bodies are buried, I’m skeptical that it will be he.

The Washington Post is doing a stellar job at covering for the administration and their own involvement in the scandal. Not a word on the chart about the deaths of U.S. law enforcement personnel or the hundreds of Mexicans killed. Nothing about the fact that the Mexican authorities were never informed. Nothing about the fact that the stated purpose makes absolutely no sense.

Highlighted in yellow by step #3 above is the mention of the death of the Border Patrol agent. This is not a deep dive for those in the know—it’s a primer for those who have barely heard of Fast and Furious.

In other words, it’s a start!

It is a start, but I still see it as the Washington Post working its hardest to spin this for damage control. Yes, I did miss the mention of Brian Terry’s murder.

Homeland Security Outlook is not Homeland Security. But it appears they use the same head in the sand strategy as Janet Napolitano.

For another view of the Cartel/Muslim relationship spend more than a few minutes on these sites...
