Sure, but you specifically specifically called on the Chief Justice to clear up the actual words: “Robert’s needs to clear this up along with the actual words used such as ‘defend the Constitution against all enemies’”
The actual words, as you can check on the recording I linked, were the text from Article II. The whole reason for the do-over was that the wording is prescribed in the Constitution.

Wrong. You assume “facts not in evidence.” No evidence that Obama was born in HI has ever been proved up in discovery in a trial on the merits.
HI _claims_ that they have substantiated Obama’s HI birth, but HI officials have repeatedly _lied_, as proved by FR’s Danae in here brave, successful campaign to prove that HI DOH lied when they said that Obama’s LFBC could not be released, even to him.
Any ethical public official would have given HI permission to legally release and permit inspection of his original 1961 contemporaneous LFBC, but Obama has not yet done so.
Mindless acceptance of “trust us, Obama was born here” by committed Marxist Abercrombie and a GOP governor who is a proved serial liar cannot be accepted on their word.
If something like 4 of the recent IL governors of both parties are in jail, is is hard to imagine that one in HI might be corrupt?

No problem! The only one with any stones is the one who refused to declare Obama NBC (remember, he was Stanley Ann's divorce attorney and would be in a position to have seen Obama’s 1961 BC). This forced Pelosi herself to declare Obama the legally selected candidate (omitting a declaration that Obama was NBC) and then an obscure HI statute allowed Obama to get on the ballot because a tie-breaker between the HI AG and Pelosi went to Pelosi, IIRC.
