The Federal Reserve involved in “monitoring” communications. This is also known as “collection on US citizens” which is illegal under the Intelligence Oversight Act signed under Ronaldus Magnua, UNLESS permission is received otherwise.

Whisky Tango Fox is the Fed Res. doing collecting on US citizens? This is wrong on many levels and just plain creepy.

“Hopefully you understand this already, but nothing posted on the Internet is ever anonymous. Everything on the Internet is gathered by a vast host of organizations and is used for a wide variety of purposes. Data mining has become a billion dollar industry, and it is only going to keep growing.”

If you want to be anon, you can be anon. It’s a lot of work, and involves some technical skills, but it can be done.

Enjoy the internet now, while you can.

I doubt free, open access to government and business info will be allowed to continue much longer.

Facebook isn’t private, it is public.

Anyone including myself could monitor if we wanted to.

There is no law against monitoring anything in Facebook or even in Free Republic, which they probably monitor too.

I know that if someone wanted to rack me down through the Free Republic site it could be done, but in Facebook people place their names and private family pictures and all soprts of information that is no ones business.

Here in Free Republic they can get my opinions. No problem, if they want them all they have to do is ask me anyway.
People put way too many things on facebook, Personally I stay a mile away from there.

Friend of mine was all upset about some of the things Facebook is doing as to tracking individuals, categorizing by names and subjects contained in posts, compiling and then making them available for anyone to see, be they a FB friend or not. At first I doubted him, but appears he was correct, in view of this I am getting off FB.

I have noticed Sarah Palin’s FB page is losing fans and supporters, or at best, just maintaining the numbers. I think maybe people jumping ship from FB might be a contributing factor.

Ineternet identities are about as ephemeral as air.

Some good AI sofware to auto-generated identities and comments, and I think you could probably Cloward-Piven that thing into the ground.

HEY ! Professor Enema Ben! Over here ! I have a very strong, very negative opinion of the Federal Reserve. PLEASE put me on your naughty boy list.

What were you thinking Professor? Oops. Sorry. I just remembered that a thinking Professor is an oxy-moron. Sorry.

STOP PRINTING OUR GRANDCHILDREN’S MONEY ! Just because they cannot vote your sorry behind out of your sorry job is NO reason to print and then blow it on the failed FHA/Freddie/Fannie Bankruptcy of 2008 !

You have a sorry, constipated Congress that can’t budget for three years today, so STOP the enemas of Quantitative Easing. It is not working! There is NO movement in the bowels of Congress!

Go back to Princeton in shame, and pull that Ivy-covered TARP over your sorry head !

...considering how many alternative media sources have been shut down lately, this is obviously a very troubling sign.

If someone is going to throw out an accusation like that they really should give some evidence of it.
