Seems to me I read recently that they hadn’t. But also remember a comment from someone (dang if I can’t remember) that a bunch of regulations have just gotten changed. Are you on the HA pinglist? Because if I find out I’ll ping the list, and if you find out, could you let me know?
I am not aware of any changes. I am embararassed to say that. I am active duty and as a supervisor, I should be up on it.
But, I do think it is still a punishable offense.
I will research it when I go back to to work. I am on R&R from a 6 month deployment.
