Small-minded people from a small-minded “culture”, if that’s the term for it.

Best thing you could do for your daughter is get her away from that satanic cult called Islam.

So putting a bikini on your daughter is unthinkable, but strapping a bomb to her is ok?
Sorry, I don’t need lectures from any Muslim regarding modesty when they are blowing innocent people to bits around the world. Kind of puts cellulite in perspective.

Muslims hate all of God’s creation. That’s why they cover their women.

I personally don’t give a $hit what a moslem thinks about anything. Reading this was a waste of my time because I know and very firmly understand what islam is. It is a system of government with a beard it calls a “religion”. Like the enabler of islam who currently seeks to tax infidels like myself islam has no place in free lands.
This is a free country and the last time I checked women are not moo cows and are free to dress and do what they like. Just because some moslem who prefers to wear a bee keeper outfit does not like what she sees on the beach am I to care about that? Nope. She has the option of not going to the beach, leaving the beach or buying her own beach. Or I’d suggest that her time might be better spent trying to get her so-called “religion” to allow her to butt sniff and pray out in to space in the same room with her man.
Screw these facists who think they can dictate anything in this country based upon their sick thing they call islam.

Hmmm...A Muslim woman with a teen aged daughter. Mom spends her vacation time staring at other women's bare backsides. Mom complains about daughter's taste in clothes.
Mom has a problem all right.

“In the spirit of full disclosure I should say my daughter and I do not cover our hair, and it is the rule of modesty not the rule of the Quran that governs our clothing battles.”
It seems to me that while this woman was raised in bondage, she is escaping traditional Islam. Her daughter is definately leaving it behind, if she wants a bikini.
Traditional Islam and the west is incompatable. The ME Muzzies know this, and freely declare war on us and our lifestyle. We are too stupid to realize this, and are caught in this mess of trying to meld the two together.
Either the woman must submit and become a possession, or she must escape.

A culture that believes the human body is beautiful and ought to be flaunted, deems celebrities who pose nude on magazine covers while pregnant empowered, and considers a skintight dress "hot" but a low-cut skintight dress "hotter" leads to major dress drama when trying to shop for clothes with a teenage girl.
You know what it doesn't lead to? Hundreds of young men eager to carry out suicide missions so they can go to Paradise and finally get laid. The 9/11 anniversary bought with it reports of the hijackers - their last-minute instructions used the promise of their marriage beds in heaven later that day to get them to stay strong and carry out their missions. They also apparently spent one of their last nights in a strip club.
Islamic countries like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia might not be leaders in anything else, but they easily lead Google rankings in searches for pornography. Pashtun men in parts of Afghanistan and Pakistan openly prey on boys while their women stay locked away covered from the top of their heads to their toes. The Islamic world's weird attitudes toward women and the sexual frustrations those attitude have created seem to have a lot to do with their eagerness to blow up themselves and the rest of us with them. The political posturing probably wouldn't be nearly that important to them if they were just getting some.

I can’t argue with her point that too many people look like s*** in a bikini or a speedo. Yuck.

My daughter escaped from her Islamic school and instead attends an all-girls Catholic school, and while the nuns dictate the dress code, they allow considerable leeway within the guide lines. Surprisingly enough, the nuns idea of conservative and mine dont mesh. Feh ... for the nuns, teaching the girls modesty has to do with teaching them self respect.
For the mohammedans, it's not really about modesty, it's about oppression.
