I went back to transcript link to print out Palin’s speech and, alas, they had posted video instead. Why it took them that long to post video when it had been out on C-SPAN minutes after her speech, I’ll never know. They gave the impression they were waiting for a transcript. I have been looking for the transcript, and if one is posted anywhere, I will ping you.

People pay plenty for Court Reporters to transcribe speeches on the fly. Close Captioning people do it all the time. I guess we don't get transcripts before the lawyers go over them or something? Please give me a ping if you ever find a transcript.
