For a Republican candidate to beat Obama, he or she must reflect and encompass the desires of social conservatives, but have enough of an appeal to win the votes of those moderates Republican and independents who are not social conservatives. He has to be sufficiently conservative on social issues,

I absolutely will not vote for Romney.
I will only vote for Sarah Palin, either on the ballot or as a write-in if a RINO or CINO gets on the ballot.

The article and the author's conclusions are premised upon polls done by major media organizations, which renders them suspect at best.
The only recent 'polls' that count are the 2010 midterm elections, which sent a clear message that the majority in this country are fed up with over-spending politicians, and want our government to live within its means.
