I have a little trouble buying that stat. I would expect the rate to be exceedingly high among islamderthals but I just can’t believe that not one rape was perpetrated by a local over 5 years.

Norwegian Educators must be as stupid as our’s:

“Unni Wikan, a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo, in 2001 said that “Norwegian women must take their share of responsibility for these rapes” because Muslim men found their manner of dress provocative. The stats are true and are for Oslo.

They involve what the Norwegian call “assault rapes”. The total cases in the last five years number 86 I believe.

Assault rapes are rapes were the rapist attacks a woman he doesn’t know and rapes her. Usually there is horrific violence or threat of violence involved.

THis year they also included stats for all rape categories such as, “rapes within relationships”, “date rapes” etc.

Non western immigrants also dominated those state, but to a lesser degree. I think it generally was something like 2/3’rds.

The numbers are from the Oslo police department, and have been extensively covered here even on our main state broadcaster as their main news item (Our equivalent of the BBC).

The entire Police report is available to download from the Police as a pff file, though I assume it is in Norwegian.
