Amazing. So, Mr. Spriggs didn’t speak to her? It sounds like the “lawyer” is gearing up for something.
Caution in how we approach this new fraud is in order. There are so many trying to find the magic bullet that will expose the fake COLB for what it is, that our credibility is being damaged.
On top of that, the Obots are talking total nonsense intended to confuse and disrupt this assault.
If we do our homework and present it accurately we can get this job done. If we let them the Obots will confuse the issue so that no one will want to wade through all this mess, we won’t get it done.
Remember the Dems favorite tactic on legislation, presenting 1200 page pieces of legislation (crap filled envelopes). They bury the damage deeply.
Lets slay the beast. We can do this.
Okay, I'm confused. Wasn't the white paper copy received by the AP and scanned by them and placed on their web site?
Is the AP now denying this? Is the AP trying to run away from publishing the white paper copy?

One notable case in point from this piece:
"We added that the First Amendment requires that the media investigate and report [on] the actions of the government to the citizens rather than simply accept what the government says to be true."
The First Amendment makes no such requirement on the media. Rather, traditional journalistic standards and ethics in the US might be said to serve that purpose.
The only party required to do anything by the First Amendment's "freedom of the press" clause - actually to not do anything - is the government itself, which is forbidden from taking retaliations on the media for expressing opposition to its actions.
