The Post & Email has spoken with someone working for the Associated Press whose title does not indicate that he is a lawyer but who nevertheless admitted to being one. He was responding to an email which this writer had sent to Mr. Mark Niesse, Associated Press reporter in Honolulu, HI, on Saturday, May 21, 2011.
Our email to Niesse reads as follows:
Hello, Mr. Niesse, are you aware that your name has come up as a possible accomplice in forging the long-form birth certificate for Obama presented to the public on April 27, 2011?

Do you have a response to this allegation?
Many experts have gone on the record stating that the document is a forgery.

I agree with your statement about the First Amendment.
Its only limitation is that a rich man can corrupt the media, interfere with the free political expression so necessary to keeping citizens informed of corruption in their midst. “Traditional journalistic standards and ethics”, as you’ve stated, have been turned on its head.
The Founders, I believe, understood the importance to our Republic of open discourse. Trying to get out the facts about Obama and his true history is very difficult with a media which no longer has ethics nor standards. As every day passes it becomes more obvious how intertwined the Constitutional amendments really are and the freedom to expose corruption through the First Amendment keeps the others safe.
The requirement of a natural born citizen as President, we now know, served a purpose. Too bad the nation is being shredded over that lesson.

Thanks for posting
Yep, I agree.
That is correct. And the document they scanned does not appear to be tampered with in the scanning process. And it has notations in the .pdf indicating who actually scanned it and what software produced the .pdf
I can post that info if you like, I posted here several times over the last few weeks. It is a RDF XML type of .pdf, with very clear info inside about it's creation. Does that mean it is an authentic document, NO.
