That is good advice, but if anyone lives within 10 miles of a major urban area, they damn well better have a bug-out plan.
The sheer numbers of city-dwellers that will venture out to loot, rape, and murder will be more than any little enclave of tightly-knit neighbors will be able to fend off.
You need enough distance between you and them that they can’t carry supplies far enough to reach you with any fight left.
I live in a very small rural area. More and more of a certain "ethnic" minority seem to be showing up daily. It's not for jobs, they don't work. There is absolutely no reason for these people to be here. At the risk of sounding paranoid, is anyone else seeing this in their areas?
Should we be concerned?
I believe Obama is planting the seeds for class/race warfare and the media is complicit by watering it daily.

I live in a state where the Black population is 26%...I expect future class/race conflicts will originate from this area.
