The funny thing is that states disqualify candidates in virtually every election. They just don’t do it consistently. The major parties get a pass and the minor parties get a lower GI.

In 2008 Socialist party candidate Roger Calero was left on some ballots and denied access on others based on the fact that he isn’t a citizen of this country.

Rats do their darnest to keept fellow Democrat Lyndon LaRouche off of state ballots and his delegates out of their conventions.

I knew about that. I’ve used that example in various discussions trying to explain that it is the state’s DUTY to make sure candidates meet the qualifications for office.

I cannot fathom why all 50 states accepted the word of Nancy Pelosi.
