You obviously know nothing about me. How insufferable you are.

You pontificate about caring about the unborn and insult those here and born who don't agree with you??? You should learn a bit about respecting others and following the golden rule.

Sadly people like you may get your wish and have all rights flow from a central Federal Government... and NO Virginia they aren't Santa Claus and they can decide that your rights are NOT inalienable and do NOT flow from God!

I fully realize from whence our rights flow, I am also a realist and can discern that those self same rights are in dire jeopardy by the self same Feds that are sworn to protect them.

So... what are we left with? We "punt" to the States... and the States can protect what the Feds have chosen to destroy.

I don't. All I have to go by is your words in your post. And your claims are ludicrous. States' rights do NOT supercede the God-given, unalienable rights of the people.

All officers of government, at every level and in every branch, have a sworn duty to protect the unalienable rights of every person within their jurisdiction.

To claim otherwise is destroy the very basis for this free republic and for our claim to liberty.
