Since when is it an “insult to the President of the United States” to codify into law a Constitutional requirement that is frequently misunderstood and that will apply to all future presidents, not just Obama? Liberals usually embrace that sort of thing, but only when it furthers their own agenda.
To democratic State Committee Chairwoman Nancy DiNardo ... it is obvious to her the U.S. Constitution is a pain in the a$$.
