He's got his hand up in front of his face and you can see he's got a finger in his nostril, and then, my gawd... he's actually rolling a booger...then the clip stopped...surely I wasn't the only one to see it..anyone have a pick, or clip, or a screen grab?
You think he flipped it over at the GOP side of the aisle?...is it on C-span?....oh please..yes.....
