Everybody — democrats, republicans, independents, greens, socialists and commies — just ignored it.

The Hawaiian authorities, such as they are, are also required by their own law to release Obama's documentation, such as it is.

The sad truth of the matter is that most Hawaiians of a certain age probably got ye olde Hawaiian BC by having a resident relative swear that they, little Fong Yu, had been born in their home at 1313 Blueview Terrace, in Hana, with no medical personnel in attendance. In all likelihood, little Fong Yu was already 5 years old and had been born in the Phillipines, Hong Kong, Tokyo, or Cambodia.

Now on the other hand, a Honolulu Dog License from that era actually might mean something!
