“It is doubtful Jindal is a citizen.”

Not it’s not.
All persons born in the United States and under the jurisdiction, as he was and is, are US citizens.

“The 14th Amendment gives Jindal citizenship..if his parents were not citizens of India.”
Correction: The 14th Amendment gives Jindal citizenship because he was born in this country to legal residents. 100% certainty. Full stop. End of story. And saying otherwise is insulting, ignorant and deranged.

“A natural born citizen is limited to the descendants of the original citizens after the ratification of the Constitution.”

Even more deranged. This claim implies Ronald Reagan, Mike Dukakis, Chester Arthur, and Spiro Agnew weren’t eligible.

Stop trying to corrupt our laws to fit your agenda.
