Everything I have ever heard about Rush is he is a different person off air. Very personable and friendly to everyone...even liberals say they cannot believe how different a person he is off air.
I don't think Rush is the meanie you make him out out be. You also have to realize he is dealing with frustrating topics and that may get his anger up.
