The state of Hawai’i issued COLB is used for every legal purpose. You can get a US passport with it and you never need to show any other proof of birth.
At the bottom of every Hawai’i COLB it states: “This copy is prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.”

We all now know that you can get elected President of the United States with it and you can become the carrier of the nuclear football which contains the launch codes to every nuclear warhead in the US arsenal with a Hawai’i COLB.
That is beyond Top Secret Security Clearance.

According to my State's DMV, the necessary identification can either be an original birth certificate or a certified copy from the Bureau of Vital Statistics. I've yet to see a DMV that wouldn't accept Obama's COLB as proof of birth. Your argument is completely bogus.

I call them what they are, Black or Negro.
I imagine that “negro” was the formal term in the 60s,
